industrially-safe operation in full compliance with EPA and OSHA standards.

Logistics Planning Directed installations' mobilization planning and exercised surveillance over

war reserve material program valued in excess of $400 million. Produced "Best

Plans Division" in Air Force while serving as Chief Mobility Operations Branch

for the only F -15 aircraft wing in the Pacific theater of operations.

Quality Assurance Developed quality control CQC) policies and implemented needed QC program

to ensure adherence to maintenance standards. Developed and applied

measurement goals and standards to gauge the productivity and efficiency of the

work force.
