While stationed in Guam we had a 8.6 earth quake and about 10 more while I was aboard Navel station Gaum and many tremors breaking all types of utilities such as water,sewer lines and Jp 4 and Jp 5 and mogas and natural underground lines . And I was there for 4 major typhoons with winds above 200 miles an hour and then clean up with loaders,track loaders,4 in 1 buckets, also trackhoes with thumb attachments to buckets.
