In order to avoid the manual work, developed a Leave Self Service web application which allows staff and contractuals submit their leaves online. Based on the defined rules the submitted leave will route to their supervisor for approval. In each stage we have implemented the email notification to alert the respective party. Leave administrators has provision to submit the leave on behalf of the staff. All the approved leaves will be loaded to DARTS by a nightly process where the actual leave balances are maintained
