MAJOR PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN

oEFPS Project (BAPCO) – Enhancement of Fire Protection System under which construction of NewHigh Lift Pump House constructed close to the intake flume inside refinery.

oLaying of firewater line which include road crossing activities, trial pit excavations, covers entire refinery area processing and non- processing area

oConstruction of BAPCO LSFO substation which includes re-routing of high voltage underground electrical cables which are buried in process area as well as in non-process areas.

oInstallation of underground GRE pipe line network throughout BAPCO refinery for ICWRS Phase -1 project

oTank maintenance and repair for entire BAPCO Refinery and Sitra Tank Farm area

oEnergy Conservation Program by BAPCO by installing solar panels inside BAPCO refinery and Awali Township

Mechanical Contracting services Company WLL

Client: JGC Gulf International / BAPCO

Scope: Contract; Enhancement of Fire Protection System inside Refinery

Contract scope include Engineering, Construction (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) Pre-commissioning and Commissioning, startup.

Position: HSE Officer

Duration: September 2017 to till date.

Description:

·As a team member responsible for the safety coverage on the construction of New Pump House at HLPH, mechanical activity involving Pump installation along with Piping

·Ensure PTW compliance by auditing the permit and note it on the BAPCO permit audit form

·Ensure all the power tools and equipment having BAPCO inspection tag prior from usage

·Ensure the set JGC Gulf objectives and targets are met and maintained well at site.

·Advice the line management and subcontractors on all HSE matters and ensure project activities are complied with approved HSSE plan.

·Participate in the process of internal and external new certification on OSHAS 18001 andISO 14001, and successfully achieved the certification in 2017.

·Review and monitor the HSE crew functions to various locations as per daily Work plan by Client JGC / BAPCO .

·Participate and assist construction team in the Core Risk Management process for all kind of activities

·Participate as team member for Risk Assessment studies as per site operational requirements.

Scope; Contract; NAG LTFD PHASE 1 Project to Install 500 MMSCFD GDU plant.

Contract scope include Engineering, Procurement & Construction (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) Pre-commissioning and Commissioning, startup & Initial operation support for the Central Gas Dehydration Facility and Associated Pipelines Project.

Description:

·As a team member responsible for the safety coverage on the construction of Central Gas De-Hydration Facility (CGDF), Pipelines, Well heads and associated works include Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Startup and Initial Operations for Main contractor as per Project HSSE Plan approved by Petrofac & Tatweer Petroleum.

·Ensure the set Petrofac HSSE objectives and targets are met and maintained well at site.

·Advice the line management and subcontractors on all HSE matters and ensure project activities are complied with approved HSSE plan.

·Participate in the process of internal and external audits carried out by Petrofac International as well as environmental procedures are in place.

·Participate and assist construction team in the Core Risk Management process for all kind of EPC works.

·Participate as team member for Risk Assessment studies as per site operational requirements.
