Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Cross –sell and Up-sell all Bank’s products (Sales Force Effectiveness, SFE)

Capturing all queries on the bank’s query logging system (Mantis complaint center)

Processing of cheques, fixed deposit initiation, fixed deposit liquidations, SWIFT transfers, RTGS

Assist customers who are victims of fraud and theft with replacing lost or stolen cards


Grew customer base by 25% by opening more transaction accounts hence awarded best customer service officer in sales force effectiveness

Credit Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Analyzing and preparing high quality credit appraisals /applications for new and existing customers within required timelines

Cash flow analysis, financial analysis of audited/management accounts for decision making purposes

Reviewing of clients’ facilities at existing/enhanced/restructured basis after the receipt of all the necessary review of facilities information

Follow up with the client to ensure that expired guarantees have been cancelled/returned/or renewed valuations reports have been obtained.

Monitor account activities through excess reports and make necessary recommendations to the manager


Increased revenue by 20% through cross selling products such as bank guarantees, letters of credit which are direct fees collected and long-term loans which are interest earning income.

Daily follow- up with customers with loan arrears and excess helped to reduce bad debts by 10%

Key Responsibilities

Payments and receipts of cash as per banks procedure and within the set standards

Ensuring daily accurate transaction journal, call- back and filing
