The Global HR Shared Services scope and ownership includes - HR Customer Service Centre, Run & maintain Hire to Retire function including Payroll Operations, Comp & Ben / Total Rewards, Master Data Administration, System Testing, SOX, Statutory Compliance, Audits & Vendor management.

Develop, syndicate and coordinate the long-term strategy for the India & ASIA shared services centre, ensuring high quality, consistent and cost-effective services. Consolidation of HR & Payroll activities from other countries / regions and transition to India. Led the design and implementation of shared services strategy.

I was hired to set up Shared Services Centre in Chennai, India – DXC Technologies (Legacy CSC). My role was to do “Access Feasibility – Design – Build & Test – Implement & Roll out – Run & Maintain – Optimize cost”. Mission accomplished with a high performing delivery team; identified future leaders and worked on succession plan as well.

Addressed the barriers while setting up the shared services and transitioned the HR & Payroll operations of ANZ, ASIA, Middle East, South Africa, Fiji, Brunei, Jordan, UKI to Global Shared Services - 150 + FTEs

Worked on “Proposal Development – Design & Due Diligence – Build – Knowledge Transfer – Monitoring – Ownership Sing off” by following Next Gen Transition methodology.

Generate 25,000 + payslips every month touching EEs globally by leading a 100 + teams across 9 locations with 90% retention of employees.

Automated the process by implementing SAP GHR - ESS & MSS across regions with cost saving worth 4 FTEs

Implemented Global Workday & ServiceNow. Achieved the cost saving of USD 1 Million

Worked on Payroll Operations & Payroll Vendor consolidation and achieved cost saving by USD 2 Million

CSC has acquired UXC, Xchanging, EBECS, System partners & Sable. Led the integration of HR & Payroll Ops of acquired companies within Shared Services with a cost benefit of USD 2 M.
