Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the supervision of fabrication and installation of carbon steel and stainless steel pipes.
Receiving the approved drawing from construction team. Preparing the installation schedule according to priority. Preparing the material request according to the requirement of spool. Inspect the pipes and piping materials as per specification. Allocating the task according to the ability of foreman. Allocation of jobs among various working groups.
Prepare daily reports of work progress and manpower utilization. Prepare weekly reports of the total spool erection,welded dia inches of pipe and support joints and remaining work front with the materials available. Co-ordinate with the sub coordinator to achieve the targets and schedule set by the planning .
Attend the tool box meeting daily basis,explain the tagets and how to increase the production and quality of our jobs including follow the safety procedure. Issue the work permits ensuring the HSE requirements and follow the JSA method of statement.
Supervision of all piping works and ensures safety and quality standards of the client.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervise,organize and plan activites to ensure smooth fabrication and construction of structures within the stipulated schedule. Perform MTO and update progressively to ensure proper control of procurement and usage.
Ensure that manpower is effectively deployed to deliver the products timely.
Resolve any technical problems or issues faced at the work site. Preparing and monitoring the work process such as erection tonnages, welding completion, material and tools consumables are maintain as daily data base.
Responsible for preparation of redline marks up to Engineering for AS BUILTS submission to clients.
Liaise with client’s representatives and coordinate with other department supervisor for effective coordination of all works. Ensure the safety,Health and Environmental operating procedures are followed and counsel staff about compliance necessary. To implement the Company safety policy and safety management system and to enforce legislated safety requirement and the company safety rules and regulation at site.
