DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Pre-Commissioning and commissioning of field instruments, Cause & Effect checks with Alarm & Set Points as per IO list for ESD and PCS logic checks as per PCN.

Hazard Identification and risk assessment & control measures.

Receive the Function Test Folder from Chief Commissioning Engineer.

Supervise Function test field technicians and coordinate with function test superintendent.

Proceed with arrangement for the Function test e.g., check of instrument field location using 3D Modeling, arrangement of required tools.

Involved in Functional testing for control system of Invensys Foxboro DCS and Triconex Safety system.

Understand applicable Cause and Effect diagram, logic sequences for Plant Emergency Shutdown System (PESD) and Fire & Gas System (FGS) logic sequences and P&ID.

Logic modifications done as per Control Narrative and Cause & Effect Matrix.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Engaged in Project / Construction Management as per construction strategy.

Refer and Understanding Contractual scope of work, Project Execution plan & Quality Management System

(QMS).

Responsible for construction/Inspection activities and Shut–down work of Brown field and upgrading the field changes look ahead Planning.

Refer / review and understand Project schedule, Follow up Critical Activity in timely manner.
