Qualifications:
Evaluate and integrate curriculum, prepare class schedules in a timely manner for all reporting and data systems, manage student intake, responsible for continuous quality improvement process for ESL, including instructional observations, classroom visits, and syllabi checks, provide assistance to instructors with issues arising in the classroom or with students, and provides solutions with measurable outcomes, order books, evaluate and maintain records such as test scores and statistics, class contact hours, attendance, instructor comments, and class grades, recruit and interview instructors.
Recruit, manage, and assist with training of all ESL volunteer teachers, serve as the substitute teacher when needed.
Experience in kindergarten and elementary school.
Experience in teaching adults.
Experience in teaching Spanish as a Second Language. Spanish Native speaker (born in Argentina).
Non-formal educator: Organized, developed and delivered activities, games and small projects to kids from kindergarten to 7th graders.
Knowledgeable about On-Line sites to improve the students’ skills on English and Spanish. Experience in Literature.
Computer skills: Microsoft Office.
