Responsibilities handled as Quality Control (Welding)

Preparation of WPS/PQR

Conduct Fit up, Weld Visual, Dimensional inspection

Monitoring and Control, before, during and after welding activities.

Monitoring and Control the Welding Parameters as per WPS and Owner Specification.

Witnessing and verification of weld procedure tests and welder/welding operator Qualification tests. Welder's continuity record maintenance and preparing of Welders Performance/ Qualification Records. Planning the welding activities, Preparation of preliminary welding specifications and maintain constant contacts with project team & Client.

Preparing the NDT request and co-ordination with NDT subcontractors. Review the RT films and storage properly after Ill Party and Owner reviewed.
