COURSE BASED PROJECTS:
1. III YEAR MINI PROJECT:
TITLE: Manufacture and fabrication of a component using CNC turning machine. Description: For this project we implemented turning techniques in a CNC machine on Aluminum bar and the techniques were step turning and taper turning and then we wrote and typed the program and also learnt the codes essential to run the machine. The role of this project was to check the working of a CNC machine and also learn other factors that why this technology can be used in the future.
2. IV YEAR MAJOR PROJECT:
TITLE: Design and fabrication of a flow check valve. Description: For this project we learned the software known as CATIA for designing the component and after that we had to learn the 5- axes milling and turning CNC machine to fabricate the component. Then finally we designed the component and with the help of RAM industries we fabricated a working flow check valve. INTERNSHIPS:
A 15 days internship at Saboo RKS motors (Maruti Suzuki) about 4 wheeler automobiles.
A 15 days internship at SS Motors (Honda) about 2 wheeler vehicles.
A 15 days internship at Saboo Motors (Hyundai) about 4 wheeler automobiles. INTERESTED AREAS: Designing, manufacturing, production and quality control. MEMBERSHIP OF PROFESSIONAL BODIES:
