SUMMARY

Experienced Sr. Business Analyst and Agile Scrum Master CSM in a SDLC environment.

As a member of ABB’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software team, I am experienced in the development, implementation and upgrade of the software suite employing both the Waterfall and Agile methodologies. My focus was to serve the team as a functional lead Sr. Business Analyst and SME for the Supply Chain modules within the software suite. As lead analyst, I was responsible to project teams, both internal and external, to achieve project defined milestones and deliverables. The lead analyst was responsible to translate business user concepts and ideas into comprehensive business requirements and design documents. Included in the process was the planning, facilitation and reporting on quality assurance testing efforts as well as development and maintenance of all project related documentation. Prior to my ABB experience, I worked in a manufacturing Supply Chain environment utilizing ERP software packages, techniques and processes.

EXPERIENCE

03/19 to 06/19: PNC Corporation

Agile Scrum Master for the Customer Information Management (CIM) Agile team until budget constraints resulted in a re-organization of resources. Was responsible for facilitating all the team Agile scrum ceremonies. This included Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives as well as the daily scrum meetings.

02/00 – 11/18: ABB Enterprise Software

Note: ABB Enterprise Software progressed over the past 25 years starting as Indus International Inc., then Ventyx an ABB Company and finally to ABB Enterprise Software. Activities within these companies is detailed below:

Product Development

Sr. Business Analyst / Scrum Master (Sr. Product Manager II)

While in Product Development my area of responsibility was focused on the Asset Suite Supply Chain modules. I was the lead analyst for Purchasing, Inventory, Procurement Engineering, Material Safety Data Sheets and the BuyDemand eProcurement modules.

Responsibilities included support of all other departments (GCC, QA, PSO) as well as functional design work for new enhancements, defect correction and testing. I was responsible for all documentation updates to reference, implementation and user guides, module specifications (both new and updates), release notes etc.

I also served the Asset Suite Core team as the Scrum Master under the Agile methodology for the past six years. This was a team of analysts and developers as well as a Product Owner. Used the Agile management software “Version One” extensively for managing our Agile process and metrics.

Prior to my years in Product Development for Asset Suite, I worked for the company in their Professional Services area as a Sr. Consultant.

ABB Project related experience

Sr. Consultant assigned to Entergy – New Orleans, LA

Supply Chain systems optimization project.

Responsibilities included assisting the Supply Chain organization in exploring, revising and implementing additional systems functionality as well as assisting in a cost analysis and invoice mismatching. Specifically focused on Entergy’s PassPort/IAS system.

Sr. Consultant assigned to Ontario Power Generation Nuclear

During OPGN’s upgrade from PassPort v8 to v10, I provided User Acceptance Testing support and worked with module leads and project management throughout the process, assisting in issue resolution, testing and documentation. Facilitated emergency patch (EP) requests and coordinated the submission and status of Service Requests (SR) with Global Client Services.

Sr. Consultant assigned to American Electric Power (AEP)

My AEP experience includes providing Supply Chain support for the Indus software – PassPort 8.0.4. Responsibilities included post- implementation support and troubleshooting in the areas of Inventory/Purchasing (Supply Chain). Duties include assisting field personnel with PassPort processes, enhancement/hotfix testing, and documentation and Supply Chain release management. As release manager, I acted as the liaison between IT and the user community when prioritizing and scheduling which enhancements; break/fixes or data changes are worked on. I was on the SCTS (Supply Chain Technical Services) team working on the early phase of the PassPort AS 5.0 upgrade project while supporting day to day issues and activities.

Sr. Consultant: Various projects

Responsible for working with clients to analyze their needs and develop solutions to problems and challenges. Areas of responsibility include post implementation support and software development in the supply chain area. This includes: Inventory Management, Tool Processing, and Purchasing within Passport as I worked on the following projects:

MoD – UK Ministry of Defense (Distributed PassPort)

Prepared workflow analysis reports as well as functional design documents for Distributed PassPort (Catalog Visibility Feature and Surplus Recommendation API).

NStar Services Co. (formerly known as Boston Edison Company)

Served as Purchasing and Inventory lead support analyst.

Conducted BPI (Business Process Improvement) sessions, prepared workflow analysis reports, mentored client analysts and provided on-site business and technical support for issue resolution during and after implementations.

PPL Corporation

Provided post implementation support for the Inventory and Purchasing modules.

1997-1999 Technology Solutions Company (TSC).

Sr. Consultant

Focused on the manufacturing modules in BaaN. Shop floor reporting, hours accounting, cost accounting, BOMs, routings, MRP, statistical inventory control, lot control, location control, cycle counting, etc. Process included analyzing clients’ current business processes and assisting in the design, training, and implementation of BaaN IV. Served as Lead Manufacturing Consultant for three successful BaaN IV ERP system implementations.

1989-1997 Precise Technology, Inc.

Sr. Business Analyst

I was involved with the due diligence selection, setup, and phased implementation of a major ERP system (BaaN) throughout eleven (11) corporate divisions. Responsibilities included setup of core system parameters, establishing manufacturing policies, development of written procedures and user training for the manufacturing modules of BaaN IV. Other duties included hardware and software procurement, tele-communications responsibilities, and network support.

Purchasing Manager

I was responsible for materials management. Duties included all material planning, forecasting, and procurement. I was responsible for all purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, and shipping and receiving. Successfully implemented a bar-coding system (Intermec) to track and inventory all raw materials and finished products. I was manager to (1) Warehouse Supervisor and (3) Shipping/Receiving Clerks.

1977-1989Advanced Polymer Technologies

Materials Manager

I was responsible for all raw material planning, forecasting, purchasing, and inventory. Duties included shipping and receiving, data entry, pricing, and job costing. Directly involved in production control and scheduling. Provided full technical support through early supplier involvement. Manager to five employees.

Customer Service Manager

Duties included inside sales, order entry, production control, scheduling, shipping/receiving, estimating, job costing, and technical assistance. Manager to three employees.

Customer Service Representative

Complete inside sales function for all customers. Duties included supervising the shipping and receiving departments, order entry, technical assistance, job costing, and estimating.
