Planning & setting goals for the team to achieve the day target reaching TAT response time .
Indenting/forecasting the spares to purchase team during the spares unavailable in ware house to avoid the delay in service of customers.
Supporting the field for the requirement of Spares to avoid Ceo /HO escalation
A detailed analysis report flashing to Regional head & Service franchise of performance on hour basis.
