Role: Designing & Fabrication.

Components Used: Compressor, Pneumatic Cylinder, Solenoid Valve, Motor, Rack & Pinion and Battery.

Project Description: The conventional jacks pose many safety hazardous and also time consuming, in order to overcome this situations, we designed and fabricated a pneumatic jack which can be mounted on the Vehicle chassis and make to lift vehicle automatically. WORKING PRINCIPLE: Once the pneumatic jack is fixed on the chassis of a vehicle with the supply of power the gear gets rotated over the rack and we can fix the gear either at the front end or at the rear end using switch, then by passing the compressed air we can able to lift the chassis.
