Regularly check the status of gym machineries and equipments.
Give proper instructions regarding usage of gym tools and equipments, as well as sauna and steam.
Design workout chart for clients.
Design exercises for group (Circuit training, Ripped abs, HIIT Training,TRX training)
Perform first aid medication during any mishap in the gym.
Ensure the gym area is clean and hygienic.
Ensure that guests and members feel safe to perform exercises.
SKILLS:
An ability to conduct classes and games, body weight classes, TRX training, body conditioning, Core workout Etc. with basic Knowledge of massage
Knowledge of human anatomy and the concepts of functional exercise, basic nutrition and exercise science
An ability to design individual and group exercise programs tailored to the needs and attainable goals of specific clients
Ability to consistently conduct oneself in a professional and helpful manner
Seek in increasing revenues through the development and implementation of new ideas/area of business
An ability to track Fitness members and ensure that non- Fitness
Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
Able to remain calm and react quickly when confronted with several tasks at once
An ability to conduct and understand the need and importance of screening and client assessment, initially and progressively
An ability to execute individual fitness program design in a safe and effective way

To supervise the gym, ensuring clients are using the gym effectively and safely
Preparing and issuing identify cards to members and detailing them about the club rules and policies
