OBJECTIVE

CAD Engineer at Diagonal CADD center, Ambattur Estate from September 2018 to Till date

As a CAD Engineer, Responsible for the following activities:

• To manage CAD projects while perusing course in Diagonal CADD center.

• Involved in the manufacture of prototypes and trials using German Rep-rap prototype making machine in center.

• To maintain drawing files and records of projects which assigned by center.

• Able to formulated engineering specifications and resolved technical issues while making product designing in software tools.

• To develop sheet metal drawings using Creo for some small scale industries. TECHNICAL SKILLS IN DESIGNING TOOLS

• Generating new product designs and modifying existing designs.

• Create a general arrangement drawings & detailed designs using AutoCAD 2015.

• Able to draw of projection views like top, front, side in AutoCAD.

• Able to draw Isometric diagrams in AutoCAD.

• Cognitively knowledge in designing skills such as:

2D modeling, 3D designing and modeling, Assembly modeling

Sheet metal modeling, Drafting, Generative shape designing (GSD) in Creo and UGNX.

• Using GSD in Creo and UGNX designed products like Water bottle, Water heater, Basketball.

Ability to create bottom-up & top down assemblies using Creo and UGNX.

• Generate assembly of all parts, sub-assemblies into one giant file using simplified representations and exploded views for easy engineering access.

• Strong technical command of AutoCAD designing for mechanical systems.

• High designing capabilities and knowledge in AutoCAD Mechanical 2008-2015.

• A comprehensive knowledge of engineering designing principles.

• Capable of working within demanding time frames.

• Knowledge in engineering processes involved for designing like product designing.

• Abilities to resolve designing issues while creating a new mechanical parts working in designing software’s.

• Able to prepared and maintained technical drawings as a CAD file.

• Able to create drawing files (Drafting) in both First & Third angle Projection. EDUCATION

• B.E in Mechanical from K S RANGASAMY COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY with 8.5

(CGPA).

• HSC Passed in First class, 89.6% from Sri Vijay Vidyalaya Matric. Hr.Sec.School in 2014.

• SSLC Passed in First class, 87.8% from Sri Vijay Vidyalaya Matric. Hr. Sec.School in 2012.
