Design modification change in the AFC-Unit (Air Fan cooler units) to change the Aluminum blades (8nos) to the PVC blades (7nos) to reduce the load for the Gear reducer to avoid frequent failures.
Boiler feed water pump frequent oil discoloration problem was solved after replacing the oil ring (metal) to Plastic material to the pump bearing assembly.
Replacement of gland packing seal to Mechanical split seals for the vertical seawater pumps capacity 5640m3/hr.
