Experimental Investigation On Replacement Of Construction Materials By Using Discarded Materials
Million tons of waste materials are discarded anually all over the world. This creates a vicious threat to our environment. This project deals with the feasibility of using discarded waste materials in concrete. Glass powder,waste ceramics and waste plastic cover are the materials to be replaced partially in concrete. Usage of the discarded materials reduces the environmental degradation and cost of the construction. Experimental study on reduction of pollutants by improvising pavement construction using shaggy materials
In the present scenario, the emission from automobile is becoming a serious to environment. Automobile majorly constitute to the emission of CO2, CO and HC. This work concentrate on the absorption of 80% of CO2 emission from the exhaust of automobile by the use of shaggy material placing in pavement and also converting it into a bio fuel. The research is still on progress.

Attended Industrial Visit at "KVT RMC" (Ready Mix Concrete ) in Madurai. Attended Industrial Visit at "National Highway Road Work" for project site NH- 49 Madurai- Ramanadhapuram section.
