Materials planning and sending the request to office for procurement as per lead time.

Materials tracking with master list, keeping documents for excess materials requirement and NT materials.

Monthly store stock along with excess and unwanted materials list report sending to office on or before 1st of every month.

Manpower planning as per site/ project schedule and requesting for additional manpower with proper justification in concern with project in – charge.

Monthly RA billing preparation as per work execution with proper measurements sheet, sending the same to office for verification and approval on or 15th of every month.

Getting the bill certification from the concern (PMC/Client) as per the timeline and requesting for invoice of every month.

Submitting the certified invoice to client and sending the acknowledgement copy to office.

Tracking the PO’s/BOQ’s along with bill to be raised time basis.

Monthly/Weekly progress report sent to office.

Tracking of PR/PO/GRN/WO/WR/MB entry/ of the bills in the ERP.

Preparation of monthly costing sheet of materials and Manpower consumption for the project and maintenance and sub-contractor and same to be sent to office as per time line.
