Study the details of process sheet.
Create the manufacturing program using manual or master cam X5, if necessary.
Before machining checks the Raw material dimensions, blow holes as per required machining operation with drawings.
Select the job holding device for CNC machines and prepare the job holding device for special jobs.
Selection and setting the machine, select the cutting tools for the given part.
Run the operation and maintain the Dimension as per requirements.
Check the dimension and send to quality department.
Maintaining Statistical Process Control Chart.
Hourly auditing for quality of components.
