3. PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS
Led the team that installed SWIFT in Cairo International Bank and RTGS (Real Time Gross settlement) connectivity for all banks in Uganda. These are payment systems for international and local transfers respectively which went live in 2005.
Headed team that designed and implemented the interior of the ATM room at Cairo International
Led the team that implemented and configured ATM services at Cairo International Bank
Part of the team that prepared a feasibility study for Cairo International Bank Kampala for the introduction of ATM services. This involved developing the card layout, color separation and general appearance of the ATM cards according to international standards the project is has been commissioned and is currently operational.
Part of the team that did the implementation and production of MICR cheques for Cairo International Bank as per Bank of Uganda requirement to all commercial banks in Uganda. The project was aimed at eliminating the old cheques and introducing the new cheques.
