Resume:

Robert Buckley

Dependability, self motivating, knowledge obsessed, organized, extroverted, guest

nurturing.

Orlando, FL 32817

*************@*****.***

215-***-****

My goal is to exceed the expectations of my employers, guests, as well as co workers enhancing the over all experience of the given environment.

Growing up, my mother and father always made sure to remind me how they started working when they were 13 and 14 years old. At that same age, they started handing me responsibilities around his medical practices. They started with simply greeting guests and making sure they left with a smile. As I grew older, I took on more responsibilities covering every aspect of the administrative side, moving onto the book keeping, and eventually the marketing/Co-representative for the firms regarding meeting with insurance companies, law firms, community events, etc. I left this out of my work experience because it began when I was becoming a teenager, continued through high school, through college, and til this day I still give consulting even though his facilities are in Pennsylvania and soon Delaware. I gained every bit of skill set they threw at me building my character into a coachable, resilient, out side the box thinker, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Authorized to work in the US for any employer

I have years of experience with custom cabinetry and I was actually getting my ducks in a line to potentially open back up shop but this time down in Orlando. My father and I were were the #1 KitchenCab contractors by a very large margin over the 2nd highest revenue generating KitchenCab in the north east due to sheer volume, efficiency, grit, exceeding customer satisfaction every time, and negotiating an extremely low wholesale cost% off retail with StarMark. Eventually, StarMark wanted to renegotiate the terms of the contract so we decided to go a different route.

We then decided to open up our own shop in Hopewell/Princeton New Jersey. My father is a Diplomat in Chiropractic and left his practices to get into custom cabinetry due to the healthcare policies under the Obama administrations where the insurance companies were paying 8 cents on the dollar per average. We kept HopeWell Custom Cabinetry open for 2 years running the shop from ordering the raw materials, hardware, doing all cuts, measurements, drawer glides, hand built face framed, blueprints, lead generation, accounting, finances, assembly, spraying/finishing, delivery, and installations just us 2 with no other hired help. I accumulated an incredible amount of knowledge and experience during the first year. I sacrificed a year of college to help my family and in the 2nd year I took over full operations of Hopewell myself as he began to rebuild his practices into medical clinics. I went back to school at West Chester University of PA and during vacations, weekends, and summer I would work at StoneTech Fabrications and Romanza Custom Cabinetry where I learned a decent bit of knowledge regarding C.N.C fabrication technology for wood cabinetry as well as precious stone top. I currently am working on a deal to bring a large amount of stone to the south east which has put me in positions where I have met many contractors, real estate agents, developers, interior designers, restaurant owners, etc. which could all be qualified as potentially warm leads for custom cabinetry in various ways with just a bit of creativity and an out of the box approach. I would look forward to speaking/meeting with C-Level management possibly discussing different propositions of employment positions, partnerships, sub-contracting, all of any of the above ETC. Additional Information

I truly enjoy using skills and concepts that I learn in the broad spectrum of classes I partake in at the College of Business for UCF. By learning about the dynamics and behaviors displayed between upstream and downstream employees, I have developed a very logical and courteous appreciation for the expectations and conduct in which are required to excel in order to become a valued member of an entity. I thrive in an environment that allows myself as an individual, and as an influence on my co workers to stay focused. I consider myself a scholar in the sense that anything I set my mind to, I wilI master it.
