Atomic Engine Current Project

This project is one of my most ambitious project which deals with revolutionising the current IC engine.

The main idea behind developing this engine is the emission that the modern day engine is producing.

This engine works on particle physics or quantum mechanics and this engine would potentially overcome all the problems that the current engine produce.

The main highlight of this engine would be the amount of power it will generate will be huge at the same time it can be effectively used for power generation for various other applications. Major Project: “Space frame and body design Analysis of a future sports car”, B.E 7TH Semester

(Research & Development)

Group project on designing the space frame and exterior of a future sports car for a commercial market. This project involves the process of designing a lighter, stiffer, and a safer space frame chassis design.

The chassis was designed for a 2 seater sports car specifically designed for the Indian market.

Designed a safety structure which is called the ‘Impact Structure’, which was designed to work as a shock absorber and protects the frame and occupants from high-velocity impacts. The frame became safer by 30% by the integration of this impact structure.

The design was first developed in CAD tools like CATIA V5 and Solidworks 2016, followed by analysis in Ansys Software.

The main motive of the project was to emerge as a promising and competitive car manufacturing company in India. Mini Project on “New design of the Solar Water Distiller” B.E 4TH Semester

(Research & Development)

3rd Year includes a project in which we designed and developed a solar water distiller in a group of 4 members,

Redesigned the whole system for improving the overall working efficiency of the system along with my team members and manufactured a solar water distiller whose efficiency was a lot more than a conventional existing solar water distiller.

This device can generate a lot more amount of clean water with the help of solar energy using the innovation made in the design.

This device can be used on both small and large scale with the help of which clean water is available at a very cheaper cost.

This device could solve a lot of problems in places where it is difficult to obtain clean drinking water especially in rural parts of India and Africa.

INTERNSHIPS

Transtecnik Design PVT.LTD Period (15/05/2017-27/06/2017)

Outsourced project (Harley Davidson). In this internship, the assigned work was to design and customize a Harley Davidson V-rod.

The design briefing that was given to us was to create ‘Something out of this world’.

The design process started with initial sketching the idea and then developing it in software such as CatiaV5 and SolidWorks 2016.

Also had to overcome some engineering challenges while designing the bike, this is where my technical knowledge helped me to provide with the best of the solutions.

The CAD models had to be made very meticulously and of the highest quality and within the time frame.

. Ezenith education Pvt. LTD Period (10/06/2016 – 16/06/2016)

Automobile Development Internship (ADI) which was held in Pune in which I had a detailed hands-on session with assembly and disassembly of 4-cylinder petrol and a diesel engine of a car and a single cylinder bike engine.

A detailed discussion on the working of each engine. An in-depth discussion on the current automobile problems and what will be the future of transportation in the coming years.

During this internship I worked on an industrial problem and came up with a solution which was presented on the final day of the internship amongst the top industrial representatives. ACHIEVEMENTS AND HONOURS\
