Responsible for the categorization of lift according to the associated hazards
Calculation of weight of load to be lifted and the ground bearing pressure
Selecting the appropriate crane and set up for the job
Calculating Safe Working Load of the lifting accessories to be used for the lifting operation.
Selecting Lifting Equipment and Lifting accessories to be used for the operation and ensure that they have valid inspection reports with the correct colour code
