Semsor is an innovative start-up company designing new software + hardware products for variety markets. I am the chief engineer in two main projects. PC software programming, hardware prototyping and machine learning calculations.

CFD modelling for unit operations. (stirred tank reactors, Airlift reactors…) We used commercial software such as Fluent and in-house
Compartmental model (Fortran code). We programmed also c++ based
codes, to extend the usability of the Fluent software. In the process of
designing commercial scale reactors, we used measurement data from pilot plant to verify our CFD procedure. The project was successful.

Charcoal is the main energy source in Africa generally and
there is plenty energy losses in the process of production and
consuming of it. The main goal of the project was to enhance
energy efficiency.

This project was to evaluate the profitability of solar energy
in East-Africa. In Africa mainly electric is produced by
small corporations and their production is decentralized.
The primary energy source is oil when it comes to electricity
production and because of that the electricity costs are
relatively high. Self-sufficiency Solar energy is profitable for
household in the long run.
