Design consideration, develop and implements of chemical dosing as per standard operating procedures, performance test, preservation, ensuring proper functioning of all pre & post equipment’s of RO plant.

Identify & sorting out the Abnormalities in regeneration, organic fouling, heavy metal fouling, loss in OBR, chemical consumption of DM plant.

Feed, steam, condensate & boiler water chemistry to avoid corrosion & deposition. Precommissioning cleaning including cold & hot water flushing, acid cleaning, alkali Boil out etc., for boiler.Monitoring the rate of corrosion, scaling, fouling by use of Bio Box, Corrosion Rack.
