PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN :

FRICTION WELDING IN THE PRESENCE OF FLUID ENVIRONMENT

Objective of this project is that friction welding allows two dissimilar metals to be joined in presence of coolant by spraying water. This technique renders a full strength bond between materials and yields relatively small heat-affected zones. The wide difference in melting points of the two materials would make it impossible to weld using traditional methods, and would require some sort of mechanical connection.

DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF PEDAL POWERED WATER PUMP

This project aims to provide a simple cost effective solution to the problem of the delivery of ground water with relatively less effort. The pedal power is used in the small scale works of low power range for agriculture, water pumping, etc.
