I really love the fact that I am able to coach and advice my teams to meet their goals by removing any impediments coming from outside and, being able to see teams improving due my ability to detect risks that are liking to occur in a given case and making sure that the teams is constantly getting feedback from existing customers or stakeholders through various scrum ceremonies .By doing so, we are able to deliver valuable products thereby allowing businesses to benefit from the project it has invested in.
