Provide pension, 401(k) and 403(b) information to more than 27,000 team members within the organization
Support and review the daily administrative processing for the pension and 403(b) vendors
Manage vendor relationships with four different 403(b) plans and two different pension plans to ensure that contract terms, compliance, and deliverables are met

Serve as the subject matter expert for the program as well as maintain all applicant and program documentation
Conduct telephone interviews with each applicant before presenting the request to the committee as well as act as a liaison between the team member and committee
Prepare bi-monthly meeting agendas and meeting minutes for BEAP Committee responsible for the acceptance of applicants in the program
Communicate effectively with applicants and notify them of the committee’s decision by telephone with a follow up in writing
Prepare manual check request for approved applications and mail payments to vendors when checks are prepared
