The company is a multiple Class investment property and management company with locations in Florida, NC, SC, and PA. Including hospitality, residential, commercial, real estate, construction, inventory, retail and wholesale. In this capacity, lead six direct and 15 indirect employees within this firm employing 240 employees in 5 states. Recruited, hired and on boarded three new direct reports in the past 12 months. Training and coaching to bring staff to full productivity quickly. Responsible for directing and assuring the integrity of multiple client accounting system conversions into web-enabled Oracle financial platform. Conduct detailed, complex financial analysis utilizing various systems providing reports to leadership and assuring fiscal integrity. As required, prepare and review journal entries, conduct account analysis and perform balance sheet reconciliations. Reconstruct accounting records from clients' checks and cash receipts. Provide timely actuals, forecast and budget data for IT and corporate management. In addition, draft, review and then issue financial statement compilations before being approved by partners.
