Autonomous leadership of a mechanical engraving facility.

Increased production demand by 45% due to the secession of the mechanical engraving in our Chicago plant without any reduction in OTD or any increase in manpower.

Conduct operational policies and implement safety improvements to ensure superior quality and outstanding output in a 250,000 square foot metal service center which, daily, receives and ships-outbound over 1.5 million pounds of steel.

Directly manage six supervisors and thirty-six union workers on 3 shifts.

Directly responsible for the improvement of outbound truck loading from 75% to 95%, on-time delivery.

Ensure adherence to strict quality control procedures.
