Conduct operational policies and implement safety improvements to ensure superior quality and outstanding output in a 250,000 square foot metal service center which, daily, receives and ships-outbound over 1.5 million pounds of steel.
Directly manage six supervisors and thirty-six union workers on 3 shifts.
Directly responsible for the improvement of outbound truck loading from 75% to 95%, on-time delivery.
