JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We checked Dimensions of different type machining components like casting,gears, shaft, mill head,valves, and others.

Analysis of Non conformance and implementation of corrective & preventive actions

To ensure about gauges, instruments calibration as per schedule.

Analysis of rejection level on shop floor & customer and try toreduce through problem solving 7QC tools

Control incoming material quality as per Quality plan(QAP)

To take feedback from final inspection and customer to take corrective action

Ensure documentation on work station such as incoming MRN, MTC, Inprocess quality check sheet, master sample, daily reports on SAP system and ERP as pre Audit.

To maintain and implement Quality system at shop floor.

Database management of complaint records & Generate MOP& QA MIS reports on monthly.
