Responsibilities

Conducted requirement sessions with individual vertical managers to gather the business requirements for enhancements

Worked close with the business end users to collect their pain points and documented them as enhancements requests

Developed User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Functional Specifications (FS) which captures functional, non-functional requirements, business rules and work flows, use stories, data requirements and process flow diagrams.

Partnered with developers in building technical specs which captures the List of Values, Validation rules, API interface details, User Interface (UI) design, Reports Design

Project Description:

Alignment Healthcare provides population health management services. The Alignment model is designed to lower cost and increase quality to create value for the patient. With an advanced clinical model, IT & Enablement systems, risk experience, and capital, Alignment Healthcare provides a framework for population health transformation. To help Alignment Healthcare so as to comply with the government agencies, various solutions involving RAF/RAPS calculations, submitting information to CMS were developed. Enhanced existing applications and third party solutions to be aligned with business needs. Developed the Capitation Payment module for the new acquisitions in the Medicare Advantage market which calculates payments to the provider every month based on revenue received from CMS. Worked on the enrollment process and its related functionalities in EzMember Portal which facilitates the users to enroll members, Primary Care Physician change, check eligibility and other related services. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analysis of Business requirement document and preparation of technical design document

• Analyze the BRD, understand and provide suggestions to business team on requirement and preparation of estimation tracker.

• Designing the requirement as per the business need and documentation of complete flow

• Propose and execute new enhancements to improve quality and performance of existing system
