Responsibilities at WABCO.
• Production planning of parts by effectively analyzing the coverage Norms of Various OEM’S Like Ashok Leyland, Daimler, Volvo Eicher and Global OEM’S right parts at right time.
• To plan and execute the production as per the norms and to achieve the Production valve as per the Valuestream demands and also for the new projects.
• Capacity planning,manpower mapping and inventory management.
• Monthly material procurement plan to SCM and vendors.
• Daily production montoring and performance tracking through various reports like IPMS and OEE.
• To Trace and do PDCA of major losses and action plans to avoid further occurrence.
• To control the inventory norms of the department by effective planning without material overflow and meet the monthly inventory target against the sales.
• Maintenance of FIFO system for inventory accuracy and management.
• To enhance the production KPI targets.
• To achieve the customer OTIF and supply scores.
• Weekly performance review with the different chains of manufacturing like Supply chain,Quality and Production.
