Design and Fabrication of Pedal Operated Wet Grinder Cum Stationary Exercise Kit - Based on field study, powerless grain grinding with pure mechanical design was taken as objective. Grain grinding along with Physical Exercise is achieved by cycling. Dimensions was arrived and modelled using solidworks 16. Mechanisms were implemented and design objectives were achieved.

Crack propagation analysis on bracket of pre tension bolt – To determine the number of cycles on crack propagation for a crack which is identified near the bolt head using the sub-modelling approach, there by reducing solving time.
Design and fabrication of Robotic arm control using Aurdino – Reducing the Grasping and holding time of an objects and then move them to a new location,with an effective coding done through aurdino software. modelling is done through solid works software and static analysis is done through ANSYS WORKBENCH.
Structural response of sandwich composite propeller – To study the SCP sandwich composite propeller which is lightweight and posses high strength. This study proposes and verifies a fluid structure interaction method for composite structure and to calculate the performance of the propeller. Composite stacking and static analysis is done in ANSYS WORKBENCH. Investigation of light Nano composite Leaf spring – To study the effect of nanocoating on interleaf friction of metal matrix composite leaf spring. To test the vibration damping characteristics of fabricated nano composite leaf spring. Static structural Analysis is done using ACP PRE tool in ANSYS 18.(on progress)
