VN Assembly Business Unit Manager Volvo Trucks North America, Inc.

Responsible for all facets of production, materials, quality, industrial and process engineering for the VN product (Heavy Truck) assembly area. Led, planned and launched 2nd shift operation, increasing capacity by 50% to meet increased demand.

Final Assembly Manufacturing Engineering Manager Ford Motor Company

Responsible for process engineering and maintenance of all processes and equipment in a 1,350,000 sq. ft. final assembly facility producing Ford Expeditions and Lincoln Navigators. Increased capacity from 45 trucks/hour to 54 trucks/hour to meet increased demand.
