Project Description

Chase Home Lending (CHL) has developed imaging and workflow management solution for Pre-Loan Origination System (Pre-LOS) and for interactive origination network. CHL is upgrading the current hardware and is also seeking possible ways to re-engineer the current implementation for a stable and scalable system to overcome the production issues facing because of tremendous increase with imaging volumes. CHL Imaging caters to two main business categories – Loan Servicing and Loan Origination. Loan servicing business caters all the contracts taken from third parties to service the loans as well as all the loans generated by CHL loan origination systems. Loan origination systems cater loan originations for Home Mortgage in Chase Retail Lending. It covers prime, non-prime and home equity lending via direct and indirect channels. These loan documents are processed and indexed in Captiva InputAccel application.

The Project

i-VAULT! is an Internet-based enterprise content management solution that enables organizations to digitally capture, load, store, manage and retrieve all types of documents, electronic forms and data. Images stored in i-Vault can be accessed instantly online by employees as well as external customers. I-vault can capture images from a variety of sources like paper, email, cd-Roms etc as given by the customers and will convert them into numerous formats like tiff, pdfs as required. Digital Documents are indexed as per customer requirements and will be stored into archives. Authorized Users retrieve images through the internet using i-Vault client interface.
