During my 5.5 years tenure, i have worked for three machine one is 40Ton bresest roll former Toscotec machine & other is 100Ton Crescent former Valmet machine and 160 TPD writing and printing paper machine.

Currently contributing to the production of Crescent Former Tissue Machine Valmet make (100 TPD) based on virgin pulp.

Involved in commissioning of Valmet make (100 TPD) tissue machine.

Plant is fully Valmet DCS system.

Operation of Jagenberg and Toscotec Rewinder.

Electively managed the various equipments like High consistency pulper, Disc filter, Centicleaner, Conical refiner, H.D. cleaner, Deflaker, Triple Layer head box and Gas fired Hood system.

Also contributed to the production of Breast Roll Former Tissue Machine Toscotec make (40 TPD) based on virgin pulp.
