Inspection the components in line process.
Effectively conducting the first article inspection for the aerospace components for approval.
Have done reverse engineering & product development of oil gas extracting machinery components.
Preparation of PPAP DOCUMENTS.(process mapping, control plan, PFME ETC.,)
Preparation of quality plans for newly started projects.
Conducting awareness meeting to increase the performance levels of the operators.
Controlling the in line process rejections by using 7 QC TOOLS.
Handling the instruments & gauges calibrations.
In-house gauges calibrations.
Handling the feasibility study for the developments components.
Ensure the quality and delivery commitments.
Conducting trainings for the new trainees are in production & quality department in the organization.
Conducting trainings to improve the communication between the quality team members as well as operators.
Motivate the employees towards achieving to the customer satisfaction.
KIZEN development to resolve the simple problems.
Preparation of quality manuals & AS documents.
Effective participation in AS 9001D: 2015 audits.
Preparation of Documentation for AS 9001D: 2015 audits. and ZED SKILL SET
Can work on CATIA V5 R20, Solid works, Solid cam & UG .
CATIA V5- solid modelling, surface modelling, assembly & NC programming.
Have knowledge about GD&T.
