10th Class Passed from R.B.S.C Board in 2007 with 72% WORK EXPERIENCE – I have almost 7 year working experience in technical field. Presently working with Buhler (India) Pvt Ltd, Delhi (Grinding & Dispersing Department) as Senior Engineer – Customer Service (From 20th June 2019 till date).

Handling the Technical Department of Buhler Pan India.

Providing complete technical support to all Buhler’s Machines situated in North India.

Visiting On site machines for regular inspection in order for the smooth running of machines.

Buhler GD Bead Mill Machine (Three roll mill, Super flow, Micro media, Cenomic,Pml2

,Macro media) are using for ink manufacturing, paint manufacturing,agro chemical and high low viscus martial grinding & dispersing lab testing etc.

Buhler is a Switzerland based company having its branch in India. This company works in machines (advance grinding & dispersing), plants and services for grain and food processing as well as in producing high-quality materials.

Worked with MS ORANGE O TEC PVT. LTD, SURAT & DELHI (MS ITALY) since 15th March 2015 to 15th June 2019.

Joined this company as Service Engineer and was promoted to Senior Service Engineer.

Provided Technical support all MS customers throughout Pan India.

Provided Training to the Customer’s Machine Operators, Customer, and Junior Engineer.

Provided demo of machines to new customers and also make aware about the new technology/upgradation in machines to existing clients.

Supervising in installation of new machines and shifting of existing machines.

Provided solutions to Ink related issues of the clients.

Worked with Rex Tone industries (AT INKS) Vadodara, Gujarat Since 17th October 2014 to 10th March 2015.

Provided technical support & was responsible for all ink testing.

Dealt with Inks manufactures such as grades of Solvent inks, Eco-solvent Inks, Ceramic Inks, UV curable inks, LED curable inks, Water based Inks.

Worked with SIDHARTH MACHINERIES (P) LTD, JAIPUR as Service Engineer since 01th March 2013 to 30th September 2014.

Provided maintenance (service) of all our customers. JOB PROFILE / RESPONSIBILITES

1) Experience of handling Buhler bead mill—having experience of bead mill process and trials. Good knowledge of calculation remaining time, flow rate, tip speed, specific energy etc.

2) Experience of handling machine-- Having long experience of handling all technical issues such as maintenance, software, firmware with all kind of Buhler bead mills ( Three roll mill, Super flow, Micro media, Cenomic,Pml2,Macro media), mixtures, lab testing machine, flex machine,m/s digital new edge continuous textile printing machine having higher speed such as JP-5 Evo, JP-7, JP-K and all JP series high end printer. 3) Experience of handling technical errors--Having higher experience to resolve the all kind of technical errors from electronics to mechanical such as replacement of print heads, print head board, PLC, head cables, relay, mcb, breaker switch—washing unit, servo motors, gear boxes, take up and winder unit, fabric dryers, blanket unit, degassing unit

,bead mill stator and rotter etc.

4) Experience of spare parts-- Knowing all spare parts uses and replacement such as bearing, washing rubber, regulators, wiper belt, encoders, magnetic motor, servo drives, stator & rotter of bead mills etc.

5) Experience of software details--Having detail knowledge of almost all kind of textile printing software such as Match print, Neo Stampa, Rip master with advance version from installation process to use the same for production . 6) Experience of calibration—having full knowledge of handling all types of calibration suitable for different varieties of fabrics form developing to improving as per customer choices.

7) Knowledge of creating machine site and installation process—having Good understanding of site creation and installation process all kind of MS & Buhler machine as mention above as per project choices .

8) Management skills—having complete knowledge of management from making co- ordination between top and middle management to spreading the knowledge and providing proper training of the desired personal. 9) Complete knowledge of designing and printing— having complete knowledge of transferring new creation to designing and then transforming them into prints to give shape to the new ideas. Knowing all the co-ordination between designing software to print software such as Adobe Photoshop CC14 etc.

10) Complete knowledge of textile processing—having complete knowledge of all kind of fabric from cotton to silk, knowing all suitable process from pretreatment to post treatment required for digital printing such as bleaching, ageing, finishing etc. 11) Complete knowledge of inks- having good knowledge of inkjet inks like that solvent inkjet ink, uv inks, ceramic ink, reactive ink, polyester ink, acid ink, pigment ink, sublimation ink and offset ink etc.
