Instruments etc to Oil & Gas, Fertilizer & Power Generation sector organizations of
the country from foreign suppliers/manufacturers against Tenders.
a.Daily study of newspapers for tenders / invitation of bids.
b.Purchase of Tender Documents.
c.Floating enquiries to foreign bidders/manufacturers/suppliers & obtain Commercial & Technical bid proposals.
d.Obtain Financial and Technical bids as may be required unrd Tenders/enquiries.
e.Compilation & submission of Financial & Technical bid Proposals to the buying companies.
f.Commercial analytical study of the bids and obtain clarifications if necessary.
g.Follow-up of submitted bids/Bid Securities.
h.Obtain Sea & Air freight rates /certificate from ports of shipments to port of unloading.
