New order audits, pharmacy recommendations, documentation checks, care plan intervention updates.

Behavioral Health:

Diagnoses, process during chronic cycles, signs and symptoms of illness.

Utilizing scheduled and PRN medications, monitoring side effects, potential metabolic changes of long-term use.

Knowledge of medication classes and contraindications. Awareness and education of current/past treatment options and need for continued follow-up and medication compliance.
