Duties and Responsibilities:-

Provided heightened security surveillance during visits from VIPs and Distinguished Guests or customers; followed and enforced established protocols and procedures.

Reported/unreported suspicious vehicles, packages, and persons on the interior or exterior perimeter to Manger or supervisor.

Monitored security cameras, on multiple screens and monitors, for 12 hour shifts up to 7 days a week and reported illicit activities revealed by cameras / CCTV.

Monitored vehicle accidents, access and entry control point issues, and audible/visible or any emergency in sector.

Assessed ongoing, critical situations in view of potential threats and maintained operations within company guidelines and mandated procedures.

Coordinated with all branches of the authority Such as Police, civil defense community and with other civilian contractors and agencies and worked within established policies.

Monitored CCTV and associated activities, provided witness statements and copies of surveillance footage for evidence, if needed.

Answered and directed all calls to appropriate departments.

Recorded all incidents in appropriate log books.

Maintained professional attitude and provided effective solutions regarding customer service issues.

Assisted in the compilation and distribution of information between compliance staff and operations staff in an effective timely manner.

Ensure all video security equipment is operating effectively and efficiently. Random viewing of security videos ensuring site security and operation is maintained to high standards. Requisition required equipment and supplies and is accountable for its care, use, or return. Process all incidents related to security and reported in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Prepare reports such as monthly report, incident report, report on discrepancies to any observed flaws in discipline, rules, policies and procedures, conducting monthly equipment audit etc.

Correspondence with guests regarding items recovered from the rooms and following with checkout Guest.

Correspondence / communication with other departments regarding related incidents.

Monitors outside events through CCTV cameras and prompt action upon discovery of improper incidents or suspicious activities by dispatching Patrolling Officers.

Monitors fire alarm system and sends immediate response to all situations with potential fire hazard and other safety and security issues.

Recording and maintenance of Lost and Found database up to disposal of the recovered items.

Records and maintains all keys (metal or card) including key issuances, lost key issues and key auditing to ensure compliance of key policies and procedures.

Well acquainted with Morse key watcher operation, Panic control panel, and Simplex Fire System.

Responsible for entire shift for Security operational issue.

Handling Lost and found and updating in system and follow up with Guests.

Maintain record of gate passes, Invoices and Key control.

On daily Basis Checking CCTV recording and Camera viewing.

Making access cards and generate reports from access system.

Handling Guest room safe box and double lock issues. Key Competencies:-
