Duties include: Same as below. Zero kitchen deficiencies 2011, 2012, and 2014 in California State/OC Health Department inspection. Rewrote four week cycle menus including spread sheets and nutrient analysis. Ordering of supplements and tube feedings including the calculations for accurate supply.

Developed and tested new bowel management supplement, which is being utilized in this facility.
