MHSET Surrey – Part of the Senior Management Team for responsibility to making sure all school policies and risk assessments were up to date with statutory compliance for ISI Inspections. Responsible for all Health and Safety Compliance. Accountable for developing and implementing procedures to ensure compliance with data protection law and regulation. Overseeing the development and implementation of a compliance programme which meets the requirements of the new General Data Protection Regulation (or UK equivalent) ready for May 2018. Manager of all sports activities, both wet and dry at the NSC in Douglas Isle of Man This included developing new systems to be put in place for swimming lessons waiting lists, new systems for rotas for all Instructors.
