HSE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
●Conduct basic HSE daily toolbox talk, Safety Awareness, Behavioral Based Safety Training to all personnel at work site.
●Maintain all site safety trainings, plan and records.
●Supervise all heavy lifting and critical activities at site.
●Ensure all lifting gears and power tools are always in good condition.
●Identify the potential hazards at work site.
●Assist in identification of appropriate safety requirements for inclusion in work method statements.
●Identify risk associated with operational activities and the development of risk assessments.
●Ensure the implementation of the approved site safety plan and all agreed safety standards and applicable regulations are observed and respected.
●Conduct HSE daily inspection and observation, record and follow up close-out report.
●Ensure proper implementation of ‘’Permit to Work’’ procedure.
●Ensure proper maintenance, calibration and operation of all safety equipment.
●Ensure all plant and equipment are fit for their purpose, adequately maintained and have a valid test certificates (TPC).
●Provide proper control on provision and use of PPE by the site construction team.
● Ensure first aid and welfare facilities are provided and properly maintained at work site.
●Ensure safety, security, fire and emergency response procedures are implemented and followed.
●Investigate all accidents and incidents and dangerous occurrences.
●Promote positive culture of health and safety across the organization, in support of the delivery of the business plan and policy.
●Supervised the preparation of various safety signs and installation of safety barricades as required inside the worksite.
