I am Jeff Steadman born 1977, I have worked in a lot of fab shops when I was young. Started working for my uncle, he was a Outlaw biker that owned a machine work and welding business I started working for at 17, started learning was a sponge learned everything I could learn in 3 years, Tig,mig,stick procedures learned how to use a lathe, milling machine,surfacer,radial arm drill,break,hydro and mechanic, finally I was ready to spread out, Went and took a welding test for Custom Welding 7018 vertical up, pasted started walking iron, connecting, structural welding, was 20 started welding pipe chiller lines 2 inch and up . started fitting Pipe getting take offs, rolling of sets, 45, learning drawings and pipe schematics and symbol's done that 5 years. Was 25 by now I knew how to Tig weld from working with my uncle, so I got into Tig welding pipe, Mirror welder tube welder, Boiler maker. Traveling and learning. Started working in power plants, Sky was the limit I learned all I could, My skills include Tig, stick, mig, oxy + set welding, sweating copper, welding Stainless,carbon, enconel, NI Chrome, Installing hot taps on live systems,operate Air arc, Lancing rods

I have a handicap son needs assistance don't mind 50 hours, some call outs, I take my work very serious Have OSHA 10,it is EXPIRED RIGHT NOW I am a junior STRAIGHT SHOOTER, prompt,and early every day, I worked for South Eastern Construction And maintenance for eleven years before I went to work for Thompson, Southeastern helped with the turn key 2008-2009 then we got the maintenance contract worked there start 2009-2012. Traveling. Sugar mills, shut downs, Came back to the plant-2015 started maintenance again with Southeastern, So 2018 comes around and the maintenance contract comes up for bid and Thompson won the contract that is why I change hard hats more money and perdim Weeding island, St Petersburg FL,but I drive from Polk city, Need something closer, also I need something with retirement, benefits looking for a home, steady hours,so I can try to get some kind of schedule going with my sons care I am old school welder, Mechanic taught by some of the best there was, No welding school just on job training going on 24 years experience now . Lead Man, Combo Welder, Maintenance Mechanic

I perform Tig, Stick, Welding mechanic millwright work, the alignment of motors and pumps using dial indicators, callipers. Torch Cutting and use of

a rose bud to pull couplings, change block bearings, and etc.. Also I fit pipe from 84" down to 1/2" High pressure steam lines, P91, P22, Ni-Chrome 2 1/4 thickness, All of this piping has to be heat treated .Also stainless pipe that does require a purge 304-410 / 1/2" up to 24" schedule 10-160, Regular carbon pipe A106 Tig root and hot with 70S2, stick flush and cap with 7018, Also am very familiar with Hot Tap procedures and cutting int a live system,Also thread pipe 1/2" to 3"to connect plant air,fuel oil lines drains,vents . Also Change valves, check valves, Ball valves, Pressure Relief valves

.Bolt and weld in from 150lbs to 1500lbs. Flange alignment, Torque, Advanced in using HY TORQUE and procedures. and sequence. Remove broken bolts,r re thread Certified installer of Swedgeloc tubing 1/4" to 1" . Also walk Iron utilizing beam sliders and cheaters, moving existing beams and grating connecting new and existing steel . Using harnesses and retractable lanyards .Also inspect and operate 20 ton over head crane also use but don't operate, hydraulic crane work, Rigging, and lifting equipment,crane basket, spreader bar, am Certified on man lift, Lull fork lift, scissor lift. I am familiar with confined space, hole watch, monitor readings and documentation .Use LOTO procedures everyday, Work with OSHA and IMSHA rules and regulations. JSA,s, equipment inspection sheets, hot works and etc.. And perform all duties, serious, Were the proper PPE Hard hat, Glasses, Gloves, Ear plugs. And do it safely as possible. OJT
