IV. Present job profile

(i) Designation: Product Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design and draft products by the requirement of the project from time to time.

Prepare prototypes for various iteration of design requirements using additive manufacturing techniques.

Analysis of created models for shear, normal, thermal and fluidic stresses under dynamic loading for producing safe design.

Prepare manufacturing drawings as per ASME Y14.5 standards.

Carry our NVH analysis for products using ANSYS, Adams, and Electronics Simulink (MATLAB).

Designing product by isolating energy transfer in both thermal and electromagnetic medium.

Validate design and prepare DFMEA and DVP for every iterations of products.

Prepare and maintain E-BOM & BOM for each programs and projects systematically.

Create and analyze various mechanisms by using MBD tools in NX and Creo 3.0.

Prepare DFMEA DVP and PFC and PFMEA for products from time to time. V. Previous job profile

(ii) Designation: GAT – Industrial Engineering & Maintenance Responsibilities:

Assist in consolidation of capex and budget to optimize OI for plants across the country.

Produce PAR, RFQ and RFP for various projects from time to time.

Plan and draft plant layout complying Industrial safety norms and efficient process flow.

Conduct and evaluate time study, method study, capacity planning and facility planning.

Prepare and maintain PFC PFMEA and SWI documents in plant for new and old programs.

Record and maintain electricity, resources and inventory documents from time to time.

Responsible for implementing continuous improvement projects throughout the plant.

Study and implement projects to improve ergonomics and reduce fatigue for employees.

Apply lean manufacturing tools in assembly line on improving efficiency and OEE.

Troubleshoot and program PLC and Machine vision systems using Simens and Cognex programming tools.

Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical failures in plant equipment like conveyors dock levelers, Fire hydrant system, Forklifts and structures of high bay racks. Achievements:
