I am a second-generation career Army veteran. I have learned invaluable skills from my father, as well as my time in the Army. Most importantly patience, pride in your work, and a firm belief that things can always be improved. During my adult career I have personally trained thousands of soldiers/civilians, developed hundreds of programs of instructions, standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions, graphics, and numerous interactive training modules. If hired, I can ensure you that my tenacity, attention to details, motivation, and pride in my production. The Army has instilled in me pride for working hard, respect to others, and determining an individual’s personality and intentions. Within a few moments. I have honed my skills to address people and know my subject audience.

I am creative and thrive in knowing I have contributed by creating products with lasting impact. I have developed countless products or computer applications that make operations more efficient, effective, and safer for the employees and the company for years to come. I take extreme pride in knowing my contributions to an organization will have the ability to exist long after I am gone. Within the 20 years I served, I held a leadership position for 18 of them. I have always been team oriented; I am a firm believer that It is always a team that succeeds not one individual. It is my opinion that the smallest details are equally important and require the same amount of attention as the main goal. I am a fast learner, preferably hands-on. I am well versed in multiple writing styles, primarily APA and MLA, but additionally I have published documents in governmental formats. I possess extensive knowledge in adult learning methods for which I incorporated into training, SOPs, and various other directional documents.
