Technical Bid Evaluation: T.B.E. of the quotations from different vendors for the piping and Mechanical items, which includes all types of valves, Steam traps, strainers, pipes, fittings, Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessel, Pressure Relief Valve, Fiscal Metering Skid,etc.

Documents Review & Packaged Equipment: Experience in preparing/review/comments on Hydro test, Leak test, commissioning procedures, project specific procedures, Piping Isometrics, vendor documents review, engineering deliverables and as-built drawings review. Experience in review of skid mounted/package equipment.

HAZOP and HAZID: Participation in HAZOP and HAZID sessions.

Valve selection & Testing: Pressure testing and FAT testing of valves in factory.

Vendor Co-ordination: Review all vendor documentations to assure the compliance with the design and Technical requirements raising technical queries related to piping and Mechanical Equipment

Pre-commissioning & Commissioning. Experience in pre-commissioning & commissioning, activities relevant to piping. Which includes Flushing of pipelines, and packaged equipment commissioning etc.
